(Full Scope Management)

(2) Design & Development (Phase 2):

Finalize design and detail drawing

(4) Construction Management (Phase 4):

Site Operations and SHERQ Management
Site visits and meetings arranged
Performance closely monitored to specification, quality, and schedule
Monthly claims processed
Management Systems and Support

(5) Testing & Commissioning (Phase 5):

Testing and commissioning of systems are witnessed and supervised in accordance with the specification.
Plant and Process Optimization; then once the works have been inspected found to meet the required standards, the official site handover to the client is performed.

(6) Project Closure (Phase 6):

Compile documents as per project outcomes.
Reconcile project documents for the Client.
Coordinate project closure activities.
